Ok, so I Emrald pokemon and I decided to tempt me to get a shiny Rayquaza. How do I increase my chances? Hai, I play, yes, but there is no code I can find shiny Rayquaza. All codes are for Action Replay DS. I have the GBA gameshark. Please can someone help?

I've never been able to receive either shiny codes for GBA with the legendary battles.
