Is there any kind of medicine out there that can be bought over the counter for severe pain? - ibuprofen pain -buy
My nerves in the neck and back. Every day is different ... not sleep, extreme pain. I can not ibuprofen, aspirin or NSAIDs, because the ulcer. Is there anything OTC that is actually strong enough to help?
